Data analysis integrated into Microsoft® Office

OfficeReports is a quantitative data analysis tool integrated into Microsoft® Office. When OfficeReports is installed, you get an additional menu in Microsoft Excel® and PowerPoint®. This enables you to use Excel and PowerPoint to create tables and charts from your survey data. Below we have listed a few survey tools and have described how to report data from these tools directly in Microsoft Office. Just click on the data collection tool you use.





Other Tools

For all other tools: If possible export your data to Triple-S or SPSS. If that is not possible, export your data to Excel. Import the data file, and start making tables and charts in Excel and PowerPoint!
