To report open-ended answers you have to create Text Lists. Beside the open-ended text, the Text List can contain any number of other variables as well, and it is possible to filter and sort the list (on the first variable). You create Text Lists by selecting an Empty cell in the worksheet with enough empty space around it and then click the 'Text List button in the OfficeReports ribbon tab. Alternatively, you can just right-click the empty cell and choose 'Create Text List' from the pop-up menu. Please have a look at the video (30 sec) to see how it is done:
When selecting a cell in the Text List, the Text List Pane will be visible on the right. Here you can change the list.
