Merging data to existing cases

When merging data in OfficeReports each case is matched by an identifier. All cases identified by the specified “Merge Variable” will get the value found in the import file for this variable.

Observe

That only a text- or a numerical variable will work as unique identifier.

When merging cases, OfficeReports ONLY adds and/or updates data regarding existing cases. OfficeReports will not add new cases!
